Built in 1770, and located on the north side of Cavendish Square, this remarkable address has lent grandeur to London’s finest Georgian square for 250 years.
The building, Grade II listed, provides 11,000 sq ft of event space spanning five elegant floors. Each floor has been gutted and stripped to its core, revealing both the rich patina of the building’s peeling walls as well as its storied history.
